Can I choose the van?

Yes most definitely, the choice is yours!

Will I be offered the same vehicle when I sign a new agreement?
You can choose a new vehicle of your choice. Each new agreement means a brand new vehicle.
Is there a charger/power point for my Sat Nav system?
Most of our vans have a charge point for electronic but on smaller less premium vans we cannot guarantee a charge point.
Do you have dual control cars?
We do not offer dual control cars at the moment.
I am under 23 can I hire?
Yes there are no age restrictions with Vandoo.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Most major Debit/Credit Cards including MasterCard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Maestro.
Can I hire a Satellite Navigation system?
Most of our fleet come with SATNAV, however unfortunately we do not have these to hire.
Do you offer driving lessons?
No.
Can I take a rental vehicle to Europe?
Please discus this option with one of our experienced Vandoo consultants.
Can I take a rental vehicle to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland?
Yes indeed.
Can I return the vehicle outside your normal office hours?
Arrangements can be made for this. Please discus further with Vandoo consultant.
What is the mileage allowance?
We aim to provide a service personal to each customer, give us a call and we would be happy to discus your needs and match a perfect package to those needs.
Can I hire if I have penalty points on my licence?
Certain endorsed licences may be accepted, please contact us for details.
Do you supply child car seats?
No.
What time do your rentals start?
The moment you sign for the vehicle.
What are your normal opening hours?
Mon – Friday 8am – 6pm
Do you have automatic Vehicles?
Yes we have a large selection of these.
Do you supply your vehicles with a full tank of fuel?
Our vehicles are supplied only with delivery fuel.
What documentation do I need to bring with me when hiring a vehicle?
– Insurance document
– Driving licence
– 2 forms of ID
– Valid debit card
Can I hire if I do not have a UK licence?
This will depend on certain criteria being met. Please call us to discuss this further.
I passed my test in the last year, can I hire?
There are no age restrictions with Vandoo, as long as the vehicle is fully insured.
Does the price include insurance?
No you must provide your own FULLY COMPREHENSIVE insurance.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
We take a non-refundable reservation fee, equal to 1 month’s rental when we order your vehicle, we will take no other forms of deposit.
What do I do in the event of a breakdown?
Please refer to the user handbook that will be supplied with the vehicle. Or call us immediately.
